Introducing BestDRY™: Enhancing Core Drilling Efficiency and Safety

Unlocking the Potential of Core Drilling
Core drilling stands as a pivotal process across various industries, revolutionizing construction, mining, and engineering endeavors. It’s a technique that involves removing cylindrical material using a specialized hollow drill bit.

Concrete Core Drilling: A Cornerstone in Construction
In the construction realm, concrete core drilling reigns supreme, facilitating the creation of openings in concrete structures with precision. Whether for HVAC installations, plumbing, or electrical conduit, the versatility of concrete core drilling knows no bounds.

Diamond-Tipped Precision
To achieve this level of precision, diamond concrete drill bits are indispensable. Composed of steel tubes embedded with industrial diamonds, these bits ensure swift and efficient drilling, leaving behind a clean and stable hole.

The Wet Advantage
Among core drilling methods, wet drilling emerges as the frontrunner for efficiency and cleanliness. By utilizing water as a lubricant, wet drills effortlessly penetrate surfaces, leaving minimal dust and debris in their wake. This method excels in various applications, from plumbing to masonry work.

Safety First
Beyond efficiency, safety remains paramount. Wet drilling eliminates airborne silica particles, safeguarding workers from potential lung diseases. Additionally, it minimizes equipment wear and prolongs the lifespan of drill bits, ensuring a smooth and hazard-free operation.

Introducing BestDRY™
To complement wet drilling, we present BestDRY – an innovative solution designed to absorb excess water, ensuring a seamless and clean drilling process. Perfect for environments where water or debris must be contained, BestDRY enhances efficiency and convenience.

How to use BestDRY™ in Drilling

How to use BestDRY™ for Wall Drilling

Directions
  1. . Rim Application:
    • Apply BestDRY around the drilling area, forming a rim.
    • This rim acts as a barrier to contain slurry water.
  1. Commence Drilling:
    • Start drilling; BestDRY absorbs the slurry water generated.
  1. Preventing Leakage on Upper Floors:
    • For drilling on upper floors, stop drilling about an inch before completing the hole.
    • Fill the gap with BestDRY gel to prevent slurry water leakage downwards.
  1. Closing Water Supply:
    • Turn off the water supply; fill the drilled gap with BestDRY gel.
    • BestDRY gel acts as a lubricant, ensuring smooth drilling operations.
  1. Clean-up:
    • After drilling, use a broom and dustpan to collect any remaining BestDRY gel.
    • Dispose of the collected gel in a reusable bucket or landfill accepted waste.

Experience hassle-free drilling with BestDRY—revolutionizing core drilling with efficiency and cleanliness.

Features & Benefits
  • Non-hazardous and environmentally friendly disposal.
  • Solidifies immediately reducing process time.
  • BestDRY will absorb up to 200-300 times its weight.
  • Converts wet slurry into a damp solid in 5 minutes for easy disposal.
  • Dispose slurry waste into any waste receptacle.
  • Solidified slurry will pass the Paint Filter Liquids Test (PFLT) and the Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure (TCLP) for heavy metals, allowing for compliant disposal into landfill.
  • BestDRY™ solidification system will quickly and economically absorb all free liquid in the waste sludge making it easier and more economical to compliantly dispose.
  • The super absorbent polymer attacks the free water in the sludge and encapsulates it to enhance evaporation.
  • Once trapped, the high pH water will not release back into the Environment and heavy metals will not leach in the landfill.
